I don’t know who to compare to fire departments and I think the fact is, we wouldn’t want to risk that enterprise to a free market - because our lives and property are on the line.

And right to the point, Medicaid is at least as cost effective if not far more so than private insurance, even though they get the customers who private insurance companies dump because you can’t make money on them.

When conservatives bring up that the government doesn’t do anything well, that can’t really be argued and isn’t the point. The point is how do they compare to the private sector.

We’ve seen what private military costs us economically, politically, and in humanitarian costs.

We’ve seen corporate cops, like the BART police who shot dead a man pinned to the floor.

Our fire departments operate exceptionally well in putting out fires and paramedical aid.

I dare this guy to find an insurance company that would cover me. Four herniated disks, spinal stenosis and nerve damage from an accident.

I gurantee nobody would cover me unless the premiums were well over $1,000 a month.

You know why government isn’t efficient ? government is evil ? Because the republican does everything in their power to make it that way when they in power..

If you elect people to want the government to fail, don’t be surprise when it does fail ..

Medicare is a PUBLIC OPTION and it is run by the evil government oooh!!!. No one is forced into it. If it was so bad why wouldn’t every republican senior go private?

If they did then I might listen to them

    Exactly!

They cry “government bureaucracy” getting in the way of your doctor and you, when Insurance company’s have to ok if a procedure is done, and THEY make up the rules and premiums. At least with the EVIL GOVERNMENT, that was elected, everybody knows the rules.

Bottom line, if nothing is done with health care the price will go up so high that only the very rich will be able to afford it.

This tool is the perfect example of a republican. Create scary scenarios that would never happen, lie out your ass, then provide no real ideas or solutions.

Not suprising since republican senators and congressmen have already taken 120 million this year from big pharma/health care.

Single payer is the only way. Health Insurance companies are the true death panels.

Judging you’re worth based on how much you can pay, then not helping you when you need it.

“most of the stories about people being dropped from their health insurance is not true”

    Orry

seriously how the fuck does anyone even take a republican seriously when they are so ignorant of basic facts and out of touch with reality Its like they live on a different planent or something

Insurance companies have made a 400% increase in profits over the ;ast 8 years. And this clown really think the execs dont want that to continue? and that costs wont continue to rise?

    seriously hes that dumb
